UNLIMITED PASSES

All prices are inclusive of 5% VAT, excludes rental shoes (AED 25) and chalk (AED 10) which can be added on for each visit. Unlimited members will be given a personalized key tag which can be replaced for AED 50.

All Duo+ memberships will allow for 2 adults (can be non-related and different genders i.e. male-male, male-female, female-female) and 2 children under the age of 12. The children must be related to either one of the adults.

(1) Terms & Conditions for Monthly Solo and Duo+

1. Billing will be month-to-month, recurring on the Date of Purchase. For example, if you start your subscription on the 10th of January, your next billing date is on the 10th of February, and so on.
2. If you cancel within 6 months of signing up, a cancellation fee of AED 300 for Solo and AED 500 for Duo+ will be charged automatically. 
3. You can freeze your Monthly Plan for a maximum of 3 consecutive months for no charge. If Monthly Duo+ is frozen, all members under the pass will not be able to enter until the pass is unfrozen.
4. You must notify us 72 hours before your upcoming billing cycle.
5. The freeze must start on your next billing date. For example, if your billing date is every 10th of the month, you must notify us before this date to enact the freeze.
6. You are required to submit a request to our WhatsApp at +971 52 917 0117 if you want to freeze your Monthly Plan. Requests submitted through other channels (e.g. Email, Instagram DMs, etc.) will not be valid.
7. All Monthly Plans are non-shareable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
8. Once you are billed for the month, no returns will be provided upon cancellation.
9. If you would like to get a Monthly Plan and also still purchase 10x Entry Passes to share with your friends, you can create another Boulder Zone Account using a different email address from the one with your Monthly Plan.
10. The termination must start on your next billing date. For example, if your billing date is every 10th of the month, you must notify us 72 hours before this date to enact the termination.
11. Boulder Zone reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. 
12. Any non-payment of the Monthly Pass will result in immediate and automatic termination of your Monthly Plan including the AED 300 (Solo) or AED 500 (Duo) charge if the cancellation was within 6 months.
